Technical Buyer 100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You ensure that materials, equipment and external services are procured as required.
You evaluate costs, delivery conditions and technical requirements based on quotations.
You prepare comprehensible comparison and decision documents for internal specialist departments.
You check the contractual basis before concluding procurement transactions.
You negotiate prices, conditions and service agreements with suppliers and service providers.
When procuring, you take into account project specifications as well as the available financial resources.
You maintain existing business relationships and continuously expand the supplier network.
You process purchase orders for the Swiss location and the German company, taking into account the respective requirements.
Qualifications:
You have a technical or commercial education at HF or FH level or a corresponding basic education with further training.
You have solid practical experience in purchasing and ideally know the processes in the main or secondary construction trades.
You confidently apply knowledge in supplier management, contract design and construction processes.
You negotiate objectively, represent your position clearly and achieve sustainable agreements.
You work in a structured manner and meet deadlines even with several parallel procurements.
You are characterised by a strong understanding of costs, economic efficiency and operational contexts.
You work service-oriented and coordinate reliably with various contacts.
You have very good German skills as well as good English skills, both spoken and written.
