A 100% Reception and General Services Associate
Your mission:
Ensure a professional welcome and guarantee the smooth logistical and operational functioning of the premises, to facilitate the daily life of employees and offer clients and partners a quality experience.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure physical and telephone reception at the group’s reception;
- Manage the processing and follow-up of outgoing mail (scanning, postage);
- Ensure reception continuity in the absence of the receptionist and take charge, in this context, of all reception activities;
- Manage incoming mail during these replacements (scanning, sorting, distribution);
- Prepare and ensure the proper organisation of meeting rooms; organise the filing and archiving of documents;
- Manage the supplies store and orders for materials;
- Ensure the management of recycling, sorting, disposal and recovery of waste, including cardboard;
- Oversee the regular maintenance of the group’s vehicles and compliance with related directives;
- Participate in the fitting out of premises, as well as the installation of furniture and workstations;
- Perform various administrative tasks related to reception and general services;
Your profile:
- Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or equivalent training;
- Proven experience in a similar role in Switzerland;
- Excellent command of French and good spoken English;
- Knowledge of another language is an asset;
- Good command of IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), knowledge of Quorum software is an asset;
- Knowledge of real estate management operations is an asset;
