A well-established Swiss foundation is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant (50%) to join their team on a long-term basis. This part-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work in a supportive and mission-driven environment.

Missions
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including document management, data entry, and scheduling
- Assist with recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee record maintenance
- Support payroll preparation and coordination with external providers
- Ensure compliance with Swiss labor regulations and internal policies
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related matters
Profil du candidat
- Previous experience in HR administration or a similar support role
- Familiarity with Swiss labor law and HR best practices
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Discretion, reliability, and a proactive attitude
- Fluency in French and excellent command of English needed
