Your important contribution in the Spitex office
- Deployment planning is the heart of our Spitex organisation, and we are looking for someone who brings this heart to life with passion and organisational skill. Your tasks include planning and coordinating customer deployments in the areas of care, support and housekeeping
- You are the architect behind the smooth process, organising materials and documents and skilfully juggling monthly deployment plans and short-term rescheduling.
- You also take care of general administrative tasks, from mail handling to customer administration.
- With your friendly, patient and competent manner, you advise our customers and interested parties by phone to provide them with the best possible support
This is how you enrich our team
- You have completed commercial training or have training as a FaGe, MPA or medical secretary
- German as a mother tongue is a basic requirement
- You master the ten-finger system and find writing texts easy
- Good IT user skills complete your profile
- Experience in planning and/or appointment organisation is an advantage
- You are team-oriented and used to making agreements within the team
- High customer orientation and service-minded: telephone customer contact is paramount
- Patient, warm-hearted, committed and reliable personality
