PROPERTY DEVELOPER (80-100%) (m/f/d)
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, a company that develops and realises property projects throughout the German-speaking part of Switzerland with a focus on Eastern Switzerland, we are looking immediately for an experienced individual for property development. You will take on the acquisition and assessment of properties, land, and project development opportunities and manage projects through all phases – from preparation to construction planning. The company focuses on residential properties for ownership or rental as well as property trading.
Responsibilities:
You acquire and assess properties, land, and project development opportunities
You prepare potential, market and location analyses as well as usage concepts and product definitions
You conduct investment calculations as well as economic and profitability analyses
You accompany building law procedures
You manage projects in the preparation, preliminary planning and construction planning phases
You select and lead external partners (planners, specialists, etc.)
You take on client representation and supervise the overall process
You prepare reports and business closings
Qualifications:
You have a university degree in architecture or a comparable qualification with further education in property management
You bring several years of experience in project development and project management
You think analytically and have cross-disciplinary knowledge in business administration, building law and project organisation
You work proactively, reliably and goal-oriented
You impress with perfect manners and confident communication with internal and external partners
