As a Sales Advisor Household Appliances / Sales Administrator, you are the first point of contact for our customers – in person at our shop, by phone and by email. You provide competent advice on the selection of household appliances, prepare quotations and reliably process customer orders from order to execution.
Responsibilities:
Competent advice and sale of household appliances in the shop, by phone and by email
Creating, recording and processing quotations and customer orders in the ERP system Proffix
Customer support during order execution and follow-up
Coordination and communication with customers, fitters and suppliers
Ordering household appliances via Proffix as well as directly from suppliers
Support with administrative tasks in the back office
Mutual support in the shop, warehouse and installation team
Ensuring high customer satisfaction and a professional appearance
Qualifications:
Completed training as a retail specialist EFZ or businesswoman/businessman EFZ
Enjoyment of advising and selling as well as pronounced sales talent
Friendly, open and customer-oriented personality
Willingness to take responsibility and actively contribute
Very good PC user skills
