• Execution of all warehouse processes in goods receipt and dispatch, including loading and unloading of lorries as well as proper storage and retrieval of goods.
• Checking, processing and booking of goods movements in the warehouse management system (WMS) and ensuring correct documentation.
• Coordination of internal material transports and support of intralogistics in cooperation with adjacent departments.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and internal regulations, especially in handling hazardous materials as well as temperature monitoring and transport requirements.
• Operation and maintenance of industrial trucks (e.g. counterbalance forklifts and reach trucks) in compliance with safety regulations.
• GxP-compliant documentation of performed tasks and participation in cleanliness, order and proper waste disposal in the warehouse.
• Active participation in the Warehouse Operations Team through job rotation, taking on additional tasks and close collaboration to ensure efficient warehouse processes.

• Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist EFZ
• Professional experience in the pharmaceutical environment - GxP experience (GMP, GSP and GDP)
• Experience in careful documentation and recording of workflows
• Experience in loading and unloading lorries
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and common MS Office programmes
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, English skills advantageous
• SUVA recognised forklift licence
