- You take on the organisational and personnel management of the socio-educational team and promote a motivated and high-performing work environment with a clear, appreciative attitude.
- As the central contact person for your team, you create a trusting atmosphere through transparent and respectful communication.
- You support the employees professionally as well as through regular shifts in shift work.
- You apply your experience in complex tasks purposefully to continuously optimise existing workflows and processes in everyday life.
- You work closely and cooperatively with the internal specialist teams (health, integration coaching, psychosocial services and administration) as well as with external partners and stakeholders.
- You design and moderate educational inputs for team development, professional advancement and strengthening a shared culture.
Your Profile
- Qualification in social pedagogy, social work (HF, FH)
- Professional experience in residential work with children or adolescents
- At least two years of experience in a leadership role and/or further training in leadership
- Very good German skills (at least level C1) in spoken and written form as well as proficient use of MS Office applications
- Empathy, decisiveness, humour and reflective ability as well as a pronounced understanding of conflict situations characterise you
- Even in demanding situations, you act confidently, remain solution-oriented and behave professionally

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 90,000 and 120,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
