Lawyer / Legal Counsel (50-80%, fixed-term)

Our client from the public sector is seeking, immediately or by arrangement, a professionally skilled and articulate individual for a fixed-term replacement. In this versatile role, you will independently support the team in operational labour law and benefit from flexible working arrangements with the option of permanent employment.

Your tasks:

• Independent handling of practical labour law issues (e.g. probation period extensions, maternity leave, organisational questions, model development)
• Advising on internal organisational and personnel law challenges
• Participation in the drafting of amicable terminations of employment relationships as well as dismissal procedures within the authority's area of responsibility
• Supporting the team in day-to-day business (including thorough induction phase)

Your profile:

• Completed degree in law

• Fluent German and French skills, both spoken and written; daily work and advice are provided bilingually

• Initial experience in the public sector (administration, municipality, canton, federal or school/university) is an advantage

• High social competence, solution-oriented working style and tact in communication
