As a Corporate Paralegal in the Corporate & Finance Counsel Team at Nestlé, your mission is to support corporate legal housekeeping, governance and compliance for the Group's Swiss-based legal entities. You'll make a difference by collaborating closely with other Legal & Compliance teams, Group Finance & Control, Human Resources, markets worldwide, external advisors and service providers. How you'll make an impact as a Corporate Paralegal
- Preparing and executing corporate documents for board and shareholder meetings, including agendas, proxies and minutes and supporting applications to the Commercial Register.
- Contributing to the preparation of Nestlé's Annual General Meeting.
- Coordinating legalization, notarization, apostille, and ownership certification processes with accuracy.
- Maintaining reliable share registers, legal entity data and digital records for reporting, due diligence and compliance.
- Supporting corporate transactions, including incorporations, liquidations and restructurings by preparing documents, monitoring projects and coordinating follow-ups.
- Contributing to Nestlé's compliance with ongoing listing obligations stemming from the stock exchange regulation.
- Driving continuous improvement, digitalization and standardization of legal processes, templates and knowledge management practices.
What will make you successful
- Bringing legal training or proven experience gained in Switzerland, with strong knowledge of the Swiss legal and corporate environment.
- Collaborating openly and transparently with colleagues within the team, internal business partners and external stakeholders.
- Applying strong project management skills to manage deadlines, coordinate stakeholders and follow through on complex matters.
- Using attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership to ensure data quality, accurate records and confidential handling of information.
- Challenging existing processes with a pragmatic mindset and using digital tools to improve ways of working.
- Communicating fluently in French and English; German is a strong asset.
- Demonstrating courage, speed and continuous learning.
