In the role as a payroll specialist (a), you contribute to ensuring that all people are addressed and included equally, regardless of gender, age, or origin. You apply your expertise to work in an environment where mixed teams are considered particularly successful. In this function, you actively shape with your commitment and specifically bring your payroll expertise. With your careful and responsible way of working, you make an important contribution to a modern and inclusive working world.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the monthly payroll processing for several payroll clients
You reliably process time management data, absences, allowances, and expenses
You handle sickness and accident notifications and coordinate the corresponding insurance settlements
You are the contact person for employees regarding questions about salary, expenses, and social security
You support year-end closing tasks and payroll projects
You ensure the correct application of withholding tax, social security, and labour law requirements
You further develop payroll processes and actively participate in optimisation projects
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education as well as further training in payroll, social security, or HR
You bring solid practical experience in independent payroll processing
You are familiar with Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), labour law, withholding tax, and social security; knowledge of the LMV is an advantage
You work independently, precisely, and keep an overview even under high workload
You have very good German and French skills
