Logistics Officer (Management) (M/F)
Main mission:
Ensure the availability, reliability and traceability of the components necessary for the activities of an after-sales workshop.
Job Description
- Ensure the replenishment of components necessary for the workshop activities
- Organise, control and optimise stocks to avoid any operational blockage
- Manage goods entries, returns, receipts and shipments
- Monitor components in SAP and ensure data reliability
- Carry out cycle and biannual inventories
- Handle waste as well as non-compliant or obsolete components
- Communicate with different departments to ensure coordination of activities
Profile sought
- Federal VET Diploma in logistics or additional training in this field
- Experience in stock management, logistics and administration
- Proficiency in common IT tools, ideally SAP and office software
- Ability to track components accurately
- Experience in an after-sales or workshop environment is an asset
- Organised, rigorous and reliable personality
- Good sense of priorities, team spirit and good communication
- Autonomy and proactive attitude
