Your tasks
- You are a central contact person for our customers and professionally represent our laboratory across all channels
- Handling demanding 2nd-level inquiries in the areas of accounting, tariffs, and e-solutions
- Performing administrative tasks such as master data maintenance, invoice corrections, and written correspondence
- Telephone and written support of our customers with a focus on quality, efficiency, and solution orientation
- Active participation in the further development and structuring of processes, workflows, and documentation
What you bring
- Completed commercial training (KV) or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in customer service – mandatory
- Experience in healthcare, health insurance, or IT-related environment is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills (at least level C1) spoken and written – mandatory
- French or Italian is an advantage
- Strong IT affinity as well as very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Structured, precise, and independent way of working
- High sense of responsibility and willingness to proactively address and help shape topics
- Analytical thinking skills as well as interest in evaluations, contexts, and process improvements
- Openness to work on additional topics and take on more responsibility in the medium term
- Resilience and ability to keep an overview even in demanding situations
- Team-oriented, reliable, and professional personality
