Role:
In this position, you are responsible for the further development and implementation of quality processes in the field of electronics manufacturing. You act as an interface between production, IT, and engineering and ensure that all requirements according to ISO 9001 are met and continuously improved. Your structured approach significantly contributes to process reliability and product quality.
Responsibilities:
Maintenance and further development of the quality management system (ISO 9001)
Planning and conducting internal as well as accompanying external audits
Creation, maintenance, and management of QM documentation
Training and raising awareness of employees on quality-relevant topics
Analysis of deviations, complaints, and corrective actions
Inspection and approval of electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards
Participation in fault analyses, test planning, and FMEA
Support of system access, parameterisation, and user management
Assistance in the introduction of digital processes and training of operating personnel
Qualifications:
Completed training as an Electronics Technician EFZ or comparable qualification
Knowledge of quality management systems and experience with audits
Technical understanding in the area of electronics manufacturing and testing processes
Precise, structured, and independent working style
Interest in new technologies and IT-related solutions
Teamwork skills, sense of responsibility, and strong willingness to learn
Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form
