Building Services Planner (m/f/d)

In this role, you plan demanding heating systems and apply your expertise in building services engineering purposefully. You develop well-thought-out solutions for various projects and ensure efficient, reliable heat supply. You use your know-how in heating planning to create and optimise technical concepts. You work in a structured manner, keep the needs of all parties involved in view, and thus contribute significantly to the quality of building services planning.
Responsibilities:
Independent management of planning and building services projects from the design phase to specialist site supervision
Processing and coordination of HVAC planning tasks (heating, ventilation, sanitation)
Creation and adjustment of technical planning documents in CAD
Support and coordination with project participants throughout the entire project execution
Ensuring a clean and structured implementation of planning services
Participation in the technical optimisation of project solutions
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as a building services planner specialising in heating, ventilation, or sanitation (EFZ)
Further training as a technician HF or higher technical college is an advantage
Confident handling of CAD systems and MS Office
Independent, structured, and reliable working style
High communication skills and team-oriented working
Flexibility and sense of responsibility in everyday project work
Fluent German language skills
