You bring solid experience in trust or finance and want to support your clients holistically? You appreciate direct contact with companies, think entrepreneurially, and want to actively use modern digital solutions with Abacus? Then you are exactly right with us. As an experienced trust professional, you take responsibility for demanding client projects in the financial sector, analyse existing financial processes, and accompany companies as a sparring partner in the digitalisation and implementation of Abacus solutions.

Responsibilities:
In your consultant role, you independently lead projects for the implementation and optimisation of Abacus software in the financial sector.
You analyse financial processes at clients, identify optimisation potentials, and develop customised digital solutions.
You manage the configuration and implementation of the software and accompany the entire implementation process.
You conduct training sessions and workshops and act as a valued first point of contact for your clients.
You work closely with internal specialists and actively contribute your financial knowledge to the team.
Qualifications:
Successfully completed further training (e.g. trust specialist with federal certificate, finance and accounting specialist or HF/FH).
Several years of practical experience in trust services or finance and accounting in Switzerland.
Strong affinity for digitalisation and ERP systems – Abacus knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
Analytical thinking, pronounced initiative, and enjoyment in working with clients.
Communication skills and the ability to explain complex matters clearly.
