Electrician as Plant Electrician

• Leadership and further development of a team of around 50 employees including maintenance
• Control of several production lines and ensuring smooth operation
• Planning and monitoring of resources, including raw material extraction
• Continuous optimization of processes, infrastructure, and product quality
• Responsibility for budgeting, target achievement, and key figures
• Participation in the strategic development of the site
• Management and implementation of investment projects
• Ensuring quality, efficiency, and cost control

• Technical basic training with further education (FH/HF) in production, mechanical engineering, or process engineering
• Several years of leadership experience in an industrial environment
• Strength in dealing with complex challenges and operational issues
• Clear communication, pragmatism, and decisiveness
• Team-oriented personality with groundedness
• Residence at a reasonable distance from the workplace
