tasks

• you are responsible for individual and resource-oriented care at home
• in doing so, you include the social environment and support it with advice and assistance
• you conduct initial assessments and reassessments, make adjustments to the planning and observe changes
• you provide support in maintaining, promoting and regaining individual abilities of the clients
• the workload can be between 60 and 80%, depending on preference

requirements

• you have completed training as a registered nurse HF / FH / DNII / AKP
• ideally, you already have professional experience or theoretical knowledge in wound management, but this can also be acquired
• you also hold a category B driving licence
• do you consider yourself responsible, communicative and well organised?
