Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, an established industrial company located in Winterthur, we are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial-minded individual as Business Unit Controller.
You advise and support managers on financial and business management issues and analyse business developments to derive well-founded recommendations for action. In this role, you work closely with controlling, accounting, and other departments and actively contribute to strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:
You advise and support managers on financial and business management issues
You analyse business developments and derive recommendations for action
You are responsible for budget, forecast, and medium-term planning processes
You conduct profitability, investment, and scenario analyses
You prepare and interpret management reports and KPIs
You work closely with controlling, accounting, and other departments
You contribute to strategic initiatives, projects, and process optimisations
Qualifications:
You have a degree in business administration, finance, controlling, or a comparable qualification
You bring several years of experience in controlling, finance, or as a finance business partner
You demonstrate a very good understanding of financial contexts and business models as well as strong analytical skills
You impress with confident demeanour and strong communication skills in dealing with stakeholders
You have very good German and English skills
