Job Description
The Role
You will join the team of a new restaurant featuring a concept combining buffet and à la carte, with a capacity of 150 covers. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene, while contributing to culinary innovation.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Participating in the preparation and presentation of dishes according to high-quality standards.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure optimal coordination during service.
- Keeping your station clean and organised to maintain strict hygiene standards.
- Proposing innovative ideas for menu renewal.
- Ensuring effective management of stock and orders for your area of responsibility.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a candidate with significant experience in the kitchen, ideally as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role, in a high-capacity hospitality environment.
