Junior System Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You will assist customers with technical questions via telephone, remote support or directly on site
Set up PCs, printers and other IT workstations and ensure their smooth operation
Support users in the use of software solutions and accompany implementations.
Manage Microsoft 365 environments and assist with simple tasks in the Azure environment
Maintain the support documentation, perform administrative tasks and impart knowledge in short training sessions
Qualifications:
A qualification as an ICT specialist EFZ or a comparable practical qualification distinguishes you.
Initial experience in IT support (1st-/2nd-level) is an advantage
Confident handling of Windows, Microsoft 365 and common IT hardware
Solution-oriented working style, Category B driving licence with own vehicle as well as fluent written and spoken German
