Your Tasks

• You coordinate hospitality services on the ward and ensure the care of around 30 patients.
• You record meals according to medically prescribed diets and provide a service-oriented food and beverage service, including a breakfast trolley.
• You assist patients with questions about room infrastructure and contribute to a pleasant stay.
• You liaise with nursing, cleaning, logistics, and other professional groups to ensure a structured daily routine.
• You manage food, laundry, and operating materials and ensure their availability.
• You ensure compliance with all quality and hygiene standards.
• You work day shifts from 06:45 to 15:40 and take on regular duties on the ward.

Your Profile

• You have completed training as a hotel specialist EFZ or restaurant specialist EFZ. You bring experience in hospitality, service, or a comparable environment.
• You present yourself in a friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented manner and enjoy working in direct contact with people.
• You are resilient, flexible, and keep an overview even with changing demands.
• You work independently, responsibly, and reliably.
• You have an affinity for healthcare and an interest in interprofessional collaboration.
• You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good IT user skills.
