To complete the staff of the Médiathèque Valais Martigny, the City of Martigny is advertising the position of

Your mission

• Serve the various publics of the Médiathèque Valais including the Martigny and Charrat sites:
  loan, information, reception
• Carry out operations related to lending (shelving, managing reservations, etc.)
• Collaborate on document management and processing tasks
• Participate in the training of apprentices
• Ensure the management of routine administrative activities
• Participate in the implementation of events and class visits at the Médiathèque
  Valais – Martigny

Your profile

• Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as a documentary information officer (AID) or equivalent training
• Proficiency in the RERO ILS software
• Experience in public reception and support
• Preferred fixed working days: Monday and Thursday, as well as participation in the lending desk on Saturdays, approximately once a month according to a pre-established schedule
