Site Manager - Civil Engineering / Earthworks (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Site Manager - Civil Engineering / Earthworks (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for preparing offers, bids and quantity calculations.
• You will prepare, plan and monitor civil engineering and earthworks sites.
• You will coordinate teams, subcontractors, suppliers and various stakeholders.
• You will be responsible for the proper financial, administrative and technical management of the sites.
• You will ensure compliance with deadlines, costs and quality requirements.
• You will monitor hours, materials, machinery and work performed.
• You will participate in site meetings and follow up with various partners.
• You will guarantee compliance with safety standards and regulations in force on the sites.

Your profile:

• You hold a site manager qualification or an equivalent training in the construction field.
• You have proven experience in Switzerland, ideally in civil engineering and/or earthworks.
• You have good technical knowledge in the field of civil engineering.
• You are autonomous, organised, rigorous and have an initiative spirit.
• You have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team.
• You have a good command of the French language.
• You are comfortable with common IT tools.
• You have a vehicle and hold a driving licence (mandatory).
