What is my role?

• Ensuring a very high technical availability of building technology and energy systems

• Carrying out periodic maintenance work on heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary systems

• Monitoring and optimising energy consumption

• Troubleshooting in all building technology specialist areas

• Developing and implementing optimisation measures in the field of energy and building technology

• On-call duty

• Supporting procurement projects for building technology systems

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training (EFZ) in the field of building technology (heating installer, ventilation installer, sanitary installer, building technology planner or similar)

• Professional experience in a similar role in an industrial or commercial environment

• Knowledge of energy management and building automation is an advantage

• High degree of independence, conscientious working style with a sense of order and cleanliness

• Team-oriented, constructive and resilient

• Communication skills and service-oriented behaviour
