Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leadership, deployment and absence planning, as well as training and instruction of the electrical team
- Technical responsibility for all electrical systems and installations in the company (maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting)
- Ensuring procurement and availability of spare parts
- Carrying out in-house electrical installations with external suppliers and fitters
- Responsible for planning and conducting all recurring inspections in the specialist area (occupational safety)
- Continuous optimisation of machines and systems
- Responsible for documentation as well as management of orders and feedback using the maintenance programme
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed basic training in electrical engineering, automation, or similar
- Additional training in electrical engineering, systems engineering, or automation (FH/HF/master craftsman) is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Strong assertiveness, solution-oriented action, and high resilience are indispensable
- Possession of the company electrician permit according to Art. 13 NIV is required
