Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 100,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a versatile architect for the comprehensive handling of demanding building projects across several planning and realisation phases. You will be intensively involved with design, project planning, execution planning and construction supervision and develop architecturally and structurally convincing solutions. Using ArchiCAD, you will create and coordinate the relevant planning bases and closely coordinate these with specialist planners, authorities, clients and contractors. The position offers a broad range of tasks with a high degree of professional responsibility and direct connection to the construction implementation.
Responsibilities:
Comprehensive handling of demanding architecture and building projects from the design phase to realisation
Development and elaboration of architectural concepts, designs and structural solutions
Handling of preliminary project, construction project, approval procedures and execution planning along the relevant SIA phases
Creation and further development of project, work, detail and execution plans with ArchiCAD
Coordination and integration of planning contributions from specialist planners and experts
Coordination with clients, authorities, specialist planners and contractors during planning and realisation
Handling demanding construction, materialisation and detailing issues
Support with tenders, contractor enquiries and awards as well as checking technical execution bases
Accompanying projects on site and support with execution controls, approvals and detail clarifications
Ensuring planning quality taking into account relevant SIA standards, building regulations and approval requirements
Qualifications:
Completed architecture degree FH/ETH/university or a comparable recognised architectural education
Professional experience in design, project planning and execution planning of building projects
Very good user knowledge of ArchiCAD
Sound knowledge in construction, detailing and structural implementation of architectural concepts
Knowledge of Swiss SIA standards, planning processes and building law framework conditions
Experience in coordinating specialist planners, authorities and contractors is an advantage
Very good German language skills spoken and written
