Quality Manager

Fed Engineering is a recruitment agency specialising in engineering professions in Switzerland.

For our client, reporting to the Management, you organise and manage the Quality Department. You define the necessary resources and methods to ensure product quality, while leading continuous improvement initiatives and supporting your teams.

Your responsibilities:

- Supervise and motivate the Quality team.
- Deploy the company’s Quality strategy and ensure its implementation.
- Manage quality processes throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Develop a quality culture among operational teams.
- Collaborate with production and internal/external partners for continuous improvement.

Profile sought:

- Engineering degree in quality or equivalent.
- Proven experience in management and industrial Quality roles.
- Good command of quality tools and methods.
- Organisational skills, analytical mindset, rigour.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
