On behalf of our client the Neuchâtel Vocational Training Centre (CPNE), Spotted is looking for a
Introduction:
The Neuchâtel Vocational Training Centre (CPNE) is a key player in vocational training in the canton. It trains learners in dual education and offers CFC, AFP, full-time Maturity courses as well as continuing education for adults (federal diploma, certificate, etc.). To lead and develop this essential institution, the State of Neuchâtel is seeking its future General Director.
Tasks / Responsibilities:
Ensure the management and development of the CPNE, guaranteeing its smooth operation and the quality of its services for learners
Develop the institution in compliance with the legal framework and the guidelines set by the authorities
Unite teams around a common culture based on trust, collaboration and continuous improvement
In close collaboration with the heads of departments, promote institutional coherence while supporting their specificities and autonomy
Support pedagogical, digital and organisational transformations to meet tomorrow’s challenges
Develop strong partnerships with professional sectors, training stakeholders and authorities
Contribute to the CPNE’s reputation and the continuous adaptation of its services to technological, economic and societal changes
Profile:
Master’s level education (essential)
Solid experience in a management role and team leadership (approx. 3 years in a management position)
Genuine interest in vocational training and good understanding of its challenges
A unifying personality who inspires trust, fosters collaboration and can mobilise teams around a shared vision
Excellent organisational skills, ability to anticipate developments, manage complex transformations and set priorities in a demanding environment
Comfortable with pedagogical, digital and artificial intelligence issues, pragmatically supports innovation
Mastery of financial and HR aspects, with ease in an institutional and political context
Rigor, autonomy and decision-making ability, availability and good stress management
Very good level of French, both spoken and written
