Salt Business is looking for a motivated and experienced Pre-Sales Manager to shape the future of our B2B fixed and internet portfolio.
What you’ll be doing
- Act as a trusted advisor to Account Managers in complex B2B projects involving fixed internet and networking solutions.
- Support customer-facing teams in all stages of the sales lifecycle (Opportunity, Design to Proposal, Negotiate to Close).
- Design and validate customised internet and fixed-line solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Perform on-site visits and technical assessments when needed.
- Coordinate internally with Product Manager and Engineering to improve existing solutions and bring client feedback into the product development loop.
- Own the technical part of proposals, from initial discovery to final presentation.
- Drive technical enablement and knowledge sharing across the commercial organisation.
- Ensure documentation, pricing, solution diagrams and offer packages are always aligned and up to date.
What you bring
- Degree in Telecommunications, IT or equivalent professional experience.
- Solid knowledge of connectivity & telephony solutions (FTTH, xDSL, Ethernet, routing, SD-Wan).
- Security knowledge is a plus.
- Proven experience in pre-sales, solution design, or technical sales.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to simplify technical concepts in business discussions.
- Fluent in English and German, French is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills – able to coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
- Curious, structured, and comfortable in fast-changing environments.
- Report to Director of Product & performance.
