Operations Mechanic (m/f/d)

For our client, we are seeking an experienced Operations Mechanic (m/f/d) to support technical maintenance. You will ensure the reliable operation of injection moulding machines and technical systems, analyse malfunctions, and carry out maintenance and repair work. Your Tasks

• Performing preventive maintenance and servicing on injection moulding machines and peripheral equipment
• Analysing and resolving technical faults on machines and systems
• Carrying out conversion, assembly, and repair work on injection moulding machines up to 1000 tonnes as well as on handling systems and technical operating equipment
• Maintaining and updating maintenance databases and technical documentation
• Procuring spare parts and managing cross-departmental material orders

Your Profile

• Completed training as an industrial or polymechanic technician or comparable technical qualification
• Several years of professional experience in maintenance, ideally in plastics processing or injection moulding technology
• Good knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
• Electrical and IT skills are an advantage
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a high awareness of safety and strong team skills
