What you accomplish
- As a hub within the insurance fraud prevention team, you ensure the smooth running of administrative procedures, from case allocation to deadline monitoring and changes.
- You compile statistics, analyse key figures and prepare databases for internal evaluations and reporting.
- You organise meetings, events and training sessions.
- You identify optimisation and digitisation potential in processes, and bring a particular sensitivity for AI-based tools.
- From an organisational perspective, the team is based at the headquarters in Lucerne, but you can also work from another Suva site and from home.
What you bring
- You have successfully completed a commercial vocational training (CFC level) or an equivalent higher qualification.
- Your ease with numbers and analytical mind are complemented by solid knowledge of the LAA/LPGA.
- Native in German or French, you have good knowledge of the other language (at least B2 level).
- You stand out through your thorough work, high organisational skills and customer orientation.
- You are comfortable with IT and interested in developing yourself in the digital field.
