Coordinator Sales Services / Foreign Trade Specialist / Export Clerk (A) 100%

As Coordinator Sales Services, you ensure the efficient and competent support of the foreign sales subsidiaries and partners in the export markets (mainly in the Middle East and Africa). This particularly includes the following activities:

- Operational processing of incoming orders
- Coordination of transports including partial preparation of export documents
- Monitoring delivery dates and invoicing
- Competent contact for banks, chambers of commerce, certification bodies as well as freight forwarders
- Support and advice to sales on export and transport matters

You have completed commercial training as well as further education as a federally certified foreign trade specialist and have already gained several years of professional experience in the export sector.

In addition, you are characterised by the following points:

- Very good language skills in German and English; any additional language, e.g. French, is an advantage
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office and SAP SD
- Customer orientation, independence and ability to work in a team
- Flexible personality who remains calm even in a hectic environment
