Develop and implement procurement strategies for selected product groups
Negotiate framework agreements and conditions with suppliers
Obtain and economically assess offers for construction projects
Support tenders and prepare award documents
Regularly review supplier performance based on defined criteria
Prepare and conduct annual meetings with existing suppliers
Evaluate procurement data and ensure reporting
Consider sustainability requirements in the supplier base
Qualifications:
Basic training in the construction trade, building materials trade, or a related technical field
Further education in commercial or technical areas, ideally with a federal certificate of competence
Experience with strategic and operational purchasing
Confident handling of electronic ordering systems and digital procurement solutions
Negotiation-secure communication with suppliers and internal contacts
Interest in new technologies and current developments in purchasing
Independent, solution-oriented working style with strong reliability
Very good German and good French skills as well as secure knowledge of the other language
