About the job
For the area Pasteurisation/Incubation within the Production Department, we are looking for a
Deputy Group Leader Pasteurisation/Incubation (Early/Late Shift)
In your role, you will balance, pasteurize, and incubate the albumin batches filled in Sterile Filling II and V. You are an active part of the interdisciplinary team and involved in communication with the adjacent production areas. You share responsibility for the qualitative, quantitative, and timely fulfillment of the production order while complying with regulations. You have the deputy personnel and technical responsibility for a team with several employees.
Your tasks essentially include:
- Leading about 7 employees, especially in the absence of the group leader
- Personnel planning
- Further development of employees
- Assisting in recruitment and training of employees
- Leading, supporting, and operational assistance in the Pasteurisation/Incubation process of our medicines
- Working with modern process control systems
- Advanced skills in control, special interventions, and adjustment (after careful introduction)
- Planning & execution of maintenance work
- Working according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) (documentation, cleaning, etc.)
- Preparation and assistance during inspections
- Project participation, attending meetings
- Working with SAP
- Control and completion of the batch record for Pasteurisation/Incubation
Qualifications & Professional Experience:
- Completed vocational training in the food, pharmaceutical, or technical field
- Completed training as a pharmaceutical specialist
- Experience or willingness for personnel management and in the food or pharmaceutical industry
- High social competence and team spirit
- Enjoy working in a team and producing a qualitatively flawless medicine that helps our patients
- High motivation / independence, reliable working style, and strong quality awareness
- Good PC skills (MS Office, SAP)
- Good communication skills in spoken and written form (German required)
- You appreciate the advantages of shift work (early/late shift including weekends)
