For this journey, we are looking for an experienced personality in corporate development who actively shapes change and wins people over to new paths. In close collaboration with the Head of Corporate Development and the Head of Digital Transformation Projects, you will develop the change strategy for central transformation initiatives and accompany them with targeted communication. You make changes understandable, create orientation, and ensure that strategic goals become lived reality.
These are your tasks
- You develop the change map for the digital transformation initiatives in close cooperation with the Head of Corporate Development and the Head of Projects.
- You coordinate the implementation of the change map and independently take responsibility for selected change measures.
- You design and manage target group-appropriate internal communication regarding the changes within the framework of digital transformation.
- You support line managers and project leaders with tools, aids, and advice during change processes.
- You prepare change measures content-wise, moderate them confidently, and ensure structured follow-up as well as binding subsequent measures.
- You analyse complex strategic and operational issues, develop concrete initiatives and projects from them, define the approach, and independently lead pragmatic and feasible solutions from conception to implementation.
- You prepare decision-making bases, concepts, and management documents and tailor demanding content appropriately for specialist departments, managers, and executive management.
These are your key competencies
- You have several years of professional and project experience in a comparable role, ideally in the railway environment.
- You have completed tertiary education (HF/FH/University) in business administration, work or organisational psychology, economics, or a comparable field.
- You have solid experience in change management as well as internal communication and enjoy successfully guiding people and organisations through change processes.
- You convince with pronounced conceptual and analytical skills, recognise the impact of changes on different stakeholders, and develop pragmatic, effective, and implementable solutions from this.
- You have experience in stakeholder management and move confidently at the interfaces of different areas. You succeed in bringing together various interests and perspectives as well as effectively shaping workshops, meetings, and decision-making processes.
- You work independently, structured, and precisely and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
- You inspire with your open and engaging manner. Communication skills, curiosity, perseverance, and a high level of implementation orientation characterise you.
What we offer you as part of corporate development
With us, you will find an environment where ideas are heard and changes can be actively shaped. In a visible key role, you will have the opportunity to help shape the further development of SZU during an exciting transformation phase and set sustainable impulses.
