Construction Project Manager Building Construction (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 120,000Role:
In this role, you take charge of construction projects from the initial idea to handover and ensure that conversions, renovations, and new builds are professionally planned and executed. You are responsible for coordinating all project participants, making decisions close to the construction site, and ensuring quality, deadlines, and costs. You regularly work on site, use digital tools, and develop both professionally and personally. Your working day can be flexibly and independently organised thanks to flexible working hours, remote office options, and multiple office locations. As a junior, you receive targeted support to take on responsibility early and grow through diverse, interesting projects.
Responsibilities:
Management of construction projects from cost estimation to completion
Coordination between planning, execution, and all project participants
Organisation of meetings, tenders, and project workflows
Control of deadlines, costs, and quality standards
Leadership of planner teams and ensuring smooth construction progress
Qualifications:
Training as a building draughtsperson or in the main construction trade with experience in construction management
Further training as a construction manager or technician HF (completed or in training)
Independent working style with a high sense of responsibility
Assertiveness as well as strong organisational skills
Confident use of MS Office and common project software
