Job Description
- You collaborate closely in patient care within a multidisciplinary team
- You provide varied, comprehensive and individualised care under the delegation of a nurse
- You deliver medico-technical care under the nurse's delegation
- You responsibly and autonomously support patients in aspects of care related to activities of daily living
- You ensure proper communication of information among all stakeholders through the patient record

Profile Sought
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a Community Care and Health Assistant (ASSC).
- You have proven experience of at least one year after your diploma in somatic care and/or psychiatric care.
- You are a dynamic, committed, motivated person with a sense of responsibility.
- You are ideally trained in the Soarian software.
- You have an excellent appearance, good interpersonal skills and empathy.
