Your Tasks

• Performing professional basic and treatment care for clients at home
• Creating, adjusting, and monitoring care plans
• Observing, documenting, and reporting health status
• Advising and training patients and relatives
• Collaborating with doctors, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards
• Supporting emergency situations and crisis intervention

Our Requirements

• Completed training as a certified senior nurse HF
• Experience in home care or outpatient nursing is an advantage
• Independent, responsible working style
• High social competence and empathy
• Teamwork skills and good communication abilities
• Flexibility and willingness for temporary assignments
• Current further training and knowledge of nursing standards
