In large firms, you are just a number in the audit team. Here, you become a defining figure in a department. For an established German-speaking Swiss fiduciary company with around 20 employees and a broad SME client base, we are looking for a professionally strong personality who sees auditing and consulting not as opposites, but as an opportunity.

Your role

At the core, you conduct limited audits for SMEs, as well as special and follow-up audits. As the company grows, taking over the department management is a possibility – for someone who wants and can do it. And because everything is interconnected at an SME fiduciary, you also provide fiduciary advice to your clients, prepare financial statements, and support start-ups and succession planning. The range is not a compromise – it is the reason why this role attracts people who do not want to specialise but want to develop.

What you bring

Qualification as an auditor (or trustee with a federal certificate of competence and a strong affinity for auditing), RAB accreditation, several years of experience, solid tax and commercial law knowledge, and an independent, structured way of working. And the desire to do more than just sign off a certificate.
