The interdisciplinary team supports the residents according to their needs, strengthens their participation and self-efficacy, promotes the greatest possible independence, and ensures the necessary safety by being available to them as a competent point of contact on site at all times. This is your role
As co-manager, you are responsible for the personnel, structural, and organisational leadership of employees at all functional levels. The team has been newly composed due to an ongoing organisational development process and is therefore still in the phase of reorientation. You enjoy accompanying, supporting, and promoting the employees on this path. Your commitment to optimising processes and advancing development is a great asset for working in the interdisciplinary team. In collaboration with the other co-managers and the professional leaders from the disciplines of psychiatry, social pedagogy, and somatics, you actively contribute, help shape, and take responsibility.
This is what you bring
You have a diploma from a higher vocational school or university of applied sciences (psychiatry, social sector, or nursing) and ideally a completed leadership training. Your existing leadership experience enables you to make decisions and implement them effectively. You convince with negotiation skills, resilience, and a flair for interdisciplinary collaboration. You are not unfamiliar with dealing with psychiatrically demanding clients who sometimes have somatic complaints. With your pronounced social competence and humorous manner, you succeed in strengthening your team in advisory and coaching matters. We are looking for a person who contributes to a positive working atmosphere, lives our values, and appreciates the diversity, uniqueness, and vibrancy at Schlogari.
