CNC Turner (m/f/d)
Our client is an established Swiss industrial company specialising in the manufacture of highly precise components and sophisticated manufacturing solutions. With modern production facilities, high technical expertise, and a strong quality awareness, the company supplies customers from various demanding industrial sectors.
Responsibilities:
Independent control and monitoring of several CNC long-turning machines (Tornos Delta)
Continuous quality control of the produced workpieces regarding dimensional accuracy, tolerances, and surface finish
Close collaboration with production management to ensure production targets and deadlines
Perform minor maintenance and repairs directly on the machine
Ensure orderliness, cleanliness, and functionality throughout the machine environment
Proactive support in fault analysis, optimisation, and improvement of existing processes
Qualifications:
Solid professional experience in CNC turning, ideally with a focus on long-turning technology
Technical sensitivity and enjoyment of precise work with complex machines
A high quality awareness and strong sense of personal responsibility
Willingness to continuously develop and learn new things
German language skills in spoken and written form for secure communication in the production environment
A team-oriented, structured working style combined with resilience and willingness to learn
