Foreman / Team Leader (M/F) – Construction

Introduction:

Are you a hands-on leader passionate about construction and looking to take on new challenges within dynamic companies in the Fribourg region? Currently, we are seeking experienced profiles for several of our partner clients to manage and ensure the success of various masonry and civil engineering sites.

Your main tasks:

• Organisation and supervision: You oversee the smooth progress of transformation, renovation or structural work on site.

• Team management: You lead and motivate site personnel (bricklayers, assistants, crane operators, apprentices) to guarantee quality execution.

• Technical management: You ensure plan reading, layout setting and compliance control of the works.

• Supply management: You coordinate orders of materials necessary for project progress.

• Safety and reporting: You ensure strict adherence to safety standards and SUVA regulations, while coordinating with management and site supervisors through your daily reports.

• Training: Holder of a foreman, team leader certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Solid experience in structural work is essential. You master formwork, marking out and site techniques.
• Leadership: You have a real ability to manage unforeseen events, unite your teams and maintain a positive work dynamic.
• Technical skills: You are comfortable with surveying tools (laser, theodolite) and reading technical plans.
• Miscellaneous: Driving licence essential.
