Your responsibilities

• Carry out precision assembly operations, including complex assemblies, on our microsystems
• Prepare and verify the conformity of equipment, components, tools, and documentation
• Perform adjustments, fine-tuning, and checks of equipment and tooling
• Analyse technical problems and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
• Ensure product traceability and compliance with quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Collaborate closely with the production team and support services (Methods, Quality, Scheduling, Maintenance)

Your profile

• Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a polymechanic, micromechanic, or equivalent qualification
• Experience in industrial assembly, ideally in microtechnology; experience in a cleanroom is an advantage
• Good proficiency in reading technical drawings and dimensional control methods
• Excellent dexterity and mastery of precision assembly techniques and associated adjustments
• Analytical skills and ability to solve technical problems
• Regular use of MS Office and SAP IT tools
• Very good command of French; knowledge of English is an asset
• You demonstrate rigour, precision, and autonomy
• You have a strong team spirit and enjoy sharing your knowledge
