Introduction

Tasks

• Reception and care of children, adolescents and their parents
• Organisation and coordination of consultation hours as well as appointment management
• Telephone triage and point of contact for patients
• Carrying out blood sampling, laboratory analyses and other diagnostic examinations
• Assistance with medical treatments and examinations
• Management and maintenance of electronic patient records
• Service recording and billing according to TARDOC
• Administrative tasks and general practice organisation
• Ensuring smooth practice operations

Profile

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in a medical practice is an advantage
• Good knowledge and practical experience in service recording and billing according to TARDOC
• Independent, reliable and structured working style
• Friendly and empathetic manner in dealing with children and parents
• High service orientation and ability to work in a team
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
