ERP with impact
You keep Abacus running reliably and develop the system purposefully.
You ensure that the ERP solution creates real added value for the specialist departments.
Connecting business & IT
You analyse requirements directly from the specialist departments.
You translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
You accompany the implementation from the idea to productive use.
Driving digitalisation forward
You identify potentials for digitalising work and business processes.
You contribute your own ideas and question existing procedures.
You actively participate in ERP and transformation projects.
Responsibilities:
Application Management
Operation and further development of Abacus
Ensuring stable and reliable system operation
2nd-level support for users
Support for releases and system changes
Data & Quality
Ensuring high data quality
Monitoring relevant system and operational processes
Supporting the optimisation of existing workflows
Projects & Stakeholders
Collaboration with specialist departments and internal stakeholders
Coordination with external partners and suppliers
Participation in ERP and digitalisation projects
Conducting and supporting user training
Qualifications:
Professional background
You have completed training or further education in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field.
You bring 3-8 years of professional experience in application management, business analysis, or a similar role.
ERP competence
You have already worked on ERP projects or gained experience with digital transformation initiatives.
You have solid Abacus knowledge – this is mandatory for the role.
Working method
You work in a structured and independent manner.
You take responsibility and consistently contribute your own ideas.
You enjoy learning new things and further developing existing solutions.
Communication
You communicate confidently in German or French.
You can communicate professionally in English.
