Together with our client, an internationally active company in the healthcare sector, we are looking for an experienced individual for the finance department as Senior Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager (80-100%). You can expect a responsible key role with varied tasks, short decision-making paths, and the opportunity to actively further develop processes and systems. The workplace is located in the Zug region and is very easily accessible by car and public transport.
Your tasks with the new employer:
- Responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR as well as the consolidation of the Swiss companies
- Responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, liquidity planning as well as management reporting and financial analyses
- Ensuring financial accounting, optimisation of debtor, creditor and working capital processes
- Responsibility for tax processes including VAT as well as support of the external audit
- Participation in the further development of financial processes, internal controls and ERP projects as well as professional deputy for the head of finance
You offer your new employer:
- Further training in finance and accounting (federal diploma or comparable higher education)
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role as well as confidence in financial statements according to OR
- Experience in operational finance and accounting, ideally in healthcare or an industrial company
- Knowledge of goods flow processes (purchasing, warehousing and sales) as well as very good Excel and ERP skills; experience with Navision or Nexus is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, French is a plus
