MISSION

• Provide nursing care as well as general assessments at the home of persons presenting a state of psychological, physical dependency or a disability.
• Ensure the follow-up of interdisciplinary care plans, in partnership with the family and network care partners.

PROFILE

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing or an equivalent qualification (for foreign diplomas, recognition by the Red Cross is required)
• Experience in mental health (adult psychiatry)
• Good knowledge of the Swiss health system and common IT tools
• Ability to work independently, organised and manage unforeseen events
• Excellent interpersonal skills, open-mindedness and dynamism
• Driving licence and vehicle (possibility to use a vehicle from the cantonal fleet)
