Real Estate Management Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 98,000Role:

Responsibilities:
You support the management team in the comprehensive care of a diverse real estate portfolio.
You independently handle tenancy agreements – from contract creation to termination processing.
In communication with cooperative members, craftsmen, caretakers and authorities, you ensure professional communication.
You coordinate craftsmen orders, obtain quotes and monitor execution.
Additionally, you are responsible for digital filing and assist with apartment inspections and handovers.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial basic education as well as further training as a real estate management clerk.
You bring several years of professional experience in real estate management.
Your pronounced service orientation is combined with initiative, resilience and team spirit.
You work confidently with MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
You communicate fluently in German.
