We are looking for a versatile, dynamic, and hands-on Operations Manager, capable of overseeing activities, managing projects, and supporting a small team towards excellence.

Proven experience in an operational role, ideally in watchmaking or precision industry.
Dynamic, proactive, solution-oriented personality.
Natural leadership, practical sense, and ability to unite.
Excellent organisational skills, rigour, and autonomy.
Comfortable with project management and cross-functional coordination. Supervise and coordinate daily operations (production, internal flows, organisation).
Lead internal projects: development, industrialisation, process optimisation.
Manage, support, and motivate a small operational team.
Identify areas for improvement and implement concrete solutions.
Ensure performance, quality, and reliability of operations in a demanding watchmaking environment.
